Enter into the shared courtyard space off of Houston Street to gain access to your rental, and up a short-flight of stairs. Upon entering into the courtyard space you may be greeted by the neighbors friendly pup – Truly a “pet-friendly” property!

Located upstairs, you will enter into the carriage house, into the kitchen packed with all of the modern amenities you could wish for. A full-size stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher have all been conveniently placed. The kitchen opens up to the main living space, that boasts with natural light on a sunny Savannah Day! A large sofa is situated across from the large Smart TV. Also located in the main living space you will find a small table for two, that can also be used as a workspace.

Semi-private to the living space, there is a divide between rooms that transition into the bedroom, where you can rest easy in a queen size bed. A full-size bathroom, with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and a stackable washer + dryer, is located just off of the bedroom!

Although all of the Savannah squares were originally fenced in, Crawford Square is the only one that retains part of its original fence. The square sits in a ward of the same name and was laid out in 1841 along Houston Street, on the east side of the city. The square was named for William Harris Crawford, a Georgia senator, Minister to France, Secretary of War, and unsuccessful presidential candidate in the election of 1824. Homes in the ward and on Crawford Square are often row houses or townhouses built between about 1840 and the 1880s.

Metered Parking; This unit has metered on-street parking. Parking is not available in the lane. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $75 pet fee (non-refundable) per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Please inquire for more information if your dog is larger than 35lbs.
