Your property will be assigned to a property manager who will provide guest services, do daily property rental operations, as well as answer any questions you may have. We use a specialized reservation management system that allows Mt Royalʼs Guests to have the ability to book online 24 hours a day, seven days a week from online travel agencies such as booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity.com, -just to name a few. Our reservationist answers the phone until 10 P.M EST, 7 days a week.

Your home manager will keep you informed of all happenings at your property. Once Mt Royal has accepted you and your property into the portfolio, the daily management of your asset will be hands off for the property owner. Mt Royal will schedule cleanings, Heating and cooking services, electricians, plumbers and anything else that arises. Our friendly staff deals with all guests.
Our professional staff will analyze the problem and immediately supply you with suggestions. We will strive to help you find the best way to solve the problem.

Housekeeping & Concierge Services
We employ a well trained, happy little (not so little) band of in-house housekeepers! Each individual property is inspected before every guest and homeowner checks in for their stay.We have extensive knowledge in management and in all aspects of your home’s maintenance.
This includes plumbing, heating and air, electrical and just about anything that could go wrong or need improvement in your home. Weʼre here to help make your second home as head-ache free as possible!
For the comfort of our guests, we also provide concierge services such as grocery shopping, extra cleaning, laundry, arrange those surprises that make any special occasion truly memorable, and in-person check-ins for those guests that request it.
